My partner and daughter have been the 'rocks' throughout my diagnosis last year and living with epilepsy - things like driving me places without my licence and listening when I've been in tears. My swim squad have been amazing; they've enabled me to keep swimming and kept me safe in the water, plus been so open to learning about epilepsy so they could best support me.
